This replacement high capacity poly fuel tank fits 78-83 CJ5 and 78-86 CJ7 models. DOES NOT FIT CJ8 SCRAMBLER! The tank features a 21 gallon capacity, heavy duty polyethylene construction and a 1-inch inlet diameter. Tank includes new top strap, sending unit, skid plate extensions, lock ring and O-ring. Requires use of an OEM style 15 gallon tank skid plate for installation (17721.01). Replaces OE 8128585PL-XL
